Llinos Griffin-Williams - Head of Content

 

After graduating with a degree in Modern History and Politics, Llinos Project Managed several large initiatives in the Public, Private and Charitable Sector before moving into the Media. She worked as an Education Consultant for the BBC and then as a Researcher / Assistant Producer on S4C programmes. Llinos joined Green Bay in January 2011 as Production Manager on the landmark Welsh History series ‘The Story of Wales. She has since managed numerous projects for Green Bay as well as producing educational content for the BBC. Llinos produced three series of Green Bay's vibrant Children's History series for S4C, ‘Ditectifs Hanes and is currently series producing the trailblazing new Children's Factual Series ‘Llond Ceg' with Radio 1 presenter Aled Haydn Jones.

Also heading up the development of Green Bay's multiplatform second screen initiatives, Llinos works alongside specialist graphics and coding companies developing multiplatform content for bilingual Apps. Launching the companies first App and accompanying website along with the Llond Ceg series in March 2015. On the International and Network front Llinos is in discussion developing Children's content for Disney and produced a pilot for CBBC.

Llinos also sits on the ‘Wales Charities Advisory Forum' (WCAF) an advisory board to the BBC Cymru Wales Board of Management and to the Trustees of BBC Children in Need. And is a founding member of ‘Push Auto' a Network created by producers for those broadcasting in Wales.

 

Sarah Vaughton - Production Manager 

 

Sarah has worked on a wide variety of TV and film productions over the course of her career. She started as a Researcher at BBC Bristol and after a year moved to London where she worked in production management for ITV on a number of live TV shows including, ‘GMTV’, ‘Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway’ and ‘Dancing on Ice’.  After 3 years Sarah returned to Bristol and worked for ITV West before eventually moving to Cardiff.

Since settling in Cardiff Sarah has worked on a number of TV programmes for BBC (Bristol), ITV, ITV Wales and S4C. She also worked for over two years as a Casting Agent which gave her a rare but valuable insight into how this side of the industry works. Sarah’s recent credits include working as Production Coordinator on the Feature Documentary, ‘Jack to a King’ and the Feature film, ‘Set Fire to the Stars’. Sarah started working as Assistant Producer for Green Bay in 2014  and has worked on the series, ‘The Castle Builders’ as well as ‘My Grandfather Dylan’ for ITV Wales and ITV network. Sarah is currently working as Production Manager on S4C’s new flagship series for 2015, ‘DNA Cymru’. 

 

Catrin Jones - Producer

 

Catrin has worked in the TV industry for six years. She has been a researcher on a number of children's programmes for S4C and CBBC and has experience in working on live magazine shows. Catrin joined Green Bay in April 2014 as a researcher, working on a historical documentary series about European castles, ‘The Castle Builders'. Currently, Catrin is working on two very different projects as an assistant producer, one called ‘Llond Ceg' a teenage series discussing relevant topics for young adults and the other is S4C's new flagship series for 2015, ‘DNA Cymru'.  


Megan Roberts - Researcher

Megan Roberts 

Following a degree in Archaeology and Anthropology, Megan completed a Masters in Ethnographic film at the Granada Centre for Visual Anthropology in Manchester. Following various collaborative projects at home and abroad, including working with First Nation people in Canada, she spent some time teaching in an inner-city school in Manchester.

She joined Green Bay in October 2016 as a researcher, working on the co-production #Swn10 and is currently working on the third series of Llond Ceg, a multi- platform peer to peer advice show for teens on S4C. 

 

Gareth Fisher - Chief Operating Officer

Gareth

Gareth began his career in BBC Wales Drama Department as Finance Manager. He subsequently moved into production, taking on the roles of Location Manager, Unit Manager and Associate Producer. He went on to manage a number of production departments including News & Current Affairs, Radio, Music, Arts and Factual.

Now Commercial Manager for Green Bay, he works with all of the main broadcasters in the UK as well as forging relationships with Co-Production partners and with Business Communities. He has an outstanding track record in managing big projects, large production teams and budgets that run into millions of pounds.

 

Michael Davies - Business Manager

Michael

Michael joined Green Bay in 2006. He is responsible for managing the day to day financial activities of the company, including the  preparation of  financial reports, monthly management accounting reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts on a regular basis. He manages company spending against budgets and financial targets and also liaises with external accountants and financiers on tax matters and other financial compliance issues.
