Deserts given Green Light

Green Bay Media can announce a £1m deal to produce a documentary series about life in deserts around the world, signed at this years MIPTV
The 6 x 60-minute series follows on from previous series from Green Bay about rivers and islands.
Partners on the deal include Welsh broadcaster S4C, distributor Parthenon Entertainment and France Televisions.
Executive producers are John Geraint and Phil George from Green Bay.
Geraint said: “The ability to come to Cannes and talk to international distributors and broadcasters has been crucial to our business.
“Our presence on the UK Indies stand has helped build a profile for us as established producers in the international market.”
